December, 2017: Student Lesson Unit Plans Showcased at UCI's Second Annual Mini-Conference on Sustainability
Dr. Rossella Santagata (UCI School of Education) and I worked together to design a collaborative assignment where my students served as "Sustainability Consultants" and her students as "Education Consultants" to research and design lesson unit plans related to a variety of sustainability topics.
May, 2017: UCI Announces New Masters Program in Conservation and Restoration
The new Masters in Conservation and Restoration Science Program, for which I spent the past three years developing the academic proposal and curriculum has now been approved to accept students in fall 2017!

April, 2015: Inaugural Global Sustainability Poster Session at UCI
In response to student feedback that they felt limited by always presenting their sustainability work to a group of likeminded peers, I developed and obtained funding for the first public course poster session for Global Sustainability B where students could share their projects and ideas with a more diverse audience.
